  I have lived here for almost 3 years and moved on due to the fact that I bought a house. Overall, there were positive and negative about this place, as you can read by other reviews. I was very disappointed when I received my deposit check with almost $400 deducted. The reason being I did not sweep the floor completely and mopped the floor? Plus $300 because the counter top had some stains on it. I would like to say, the counter top is one cheap one with laminate sheet over. it is bound to get in bad condition after 3 years. My wife took great care of the whole apartment. Did not expect it. The only reason I am generously giving a 3 star because it was my first apartment ever and I have a lot of memories to it.
